Terms of service

These terms govern access to the AssessLogic Evidence Platform provided by AssessLogic Limited, a company registered in England & Wales.

1. Permitted use

The platform is licensed for use by qualified assessors and authorised personnel of subscribing organisations for the purpose of producing functional-assessment evidence.

2. Professional responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for the clinical and professional accuracy of their assessments. AssessLogic provides structured tooling; it does not provide clinical or legal advice.

3. Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability excluding planned maintenance windows announced at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
