• Upload identifying claimant data outside the pseudonymisation scheme.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate functional-assessment work.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, audit logging or evidence-pack signing.
• Share credentials or assessor sessions with unauthorised parties.

Breaches may result in immediate suspension and notification to the relevant regulator.
